For my card I use Perfect Tears to create the different waves in blue cardstock from American Crafts. I used the large wave and small wave Perfect Tears tool and water pen to tear the blue cardstock into waves and then alternated them down the front of my card. I used Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L E-Z Runner permanent double-sided adhesive to adhere the waves to the front of my card.  I colored the cute mermaid and fish from Darcie’s, Oceans of Joy, clear stamp using my Copic markers. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink for the images and VersaFine Onyx black  for the sentiment.

I adhered the mermaid and fish with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares White, Vartiey Pack to make them POP up off my card. I added My Mind’s Eye Enamel Dots to make bubbles under the sea!
