Happy Birthday To You!

Hello friends, Chitra here today to share a simple birthday card with you all.

I played with Right At Home “Simple Sentiments Stamp” and Perfect Paper Crafting Perfect Tear Tool.

To create this card:

  1. I die cut the speech bubbles first out of a white cardstock and then stamped the sentiment using VersaMark pigment ink and heat embossed it using White embossing powder. Then with the help of distress inks I applied inks on each speech bubbles. I used different colors on each one of them.

ph2

  1. Then, I used Perfect Tear and the water pen included in the kit to tear the shape out of Navy blue cardstock, using the water pen makes the tearing so much smooth and easy.

ph3

  1. To create the background I took a top folding A2 white card base, placed the speech bubbles where I wanted and lightly marked it with pencil. Then with the help of Perfect airbrush I spritzed coordinating inks using my sharpie markers.

ph4

  1. The cardstock is flesh adhered to the bottom of the card base. Finally I added few sequins to the card.

Hope you like my card, thanks for stopping by!!

Have a great day!

Hello There Friend

Status

Hi everyone it’s Holly here today and I’ve got another fun project for you Showcasing the Right at Home Simple Sentiment set and the Perfect Paper Crafting Perfect Tears Tool.
I started out by tearing the edge of a few pieces of coordinating paper papers from Doodlebug with the Perfect Tears Tool. You can use the pen in this kit to create a wet edge to make the tearing a little smoother but I like using this tool on the dry paper for a rougher texture.
 rah10
Once I had all three pieces of the pattern paper torn I adhered them to a Turquoise card base and trimmed off any excess.
 rah11
Then I die cut a circle from some White card stock and added some color with Distress inks to create a background for my images.

rah12

I stamped several images form the RAH sets Friendly Fox  , Deerest Friends  and Birdhouse onto some White Copic friendly card stock and colored them in with Copics. I cut them with some scissors and added some Black marker around the outer edge for a cleaner look.
 rah13
I adhered the images to the Circle to create the scene. Then I added some Twine to the front of the card and the image circle with some Foam tape.
rah14
I stamped the sentiments from the Simple Sentiments set and trimmed them out with my scissors and adhered them over the edge of the Circle to create a custom sentiment.

These sets worked so well together and how cute is that Fox? Thanks for stopping by today and be sure to check our Nicole’s entire line of stamps and for more ideas be sure to check out Right At Home on InstagramFacebook, their Blog, and their Shop!
