What a happy little penguin pair, you can’t help but be in a good mood while coloring this cute image.
Color the image, apply the Stickles and set aside to dry.
Cut the red card stock and attach to the card. To reduce the bulk of layer: Place the white cardstock on a line of the Perfect Cutting Mat, place the Perfect Ruler at the 1/16 mark and cut a strip of white then glue it to the card above the red panel. Cut the border die and attach to the card above the white strip.
Using the Perfect Layers Mini cut a 1/16″ border all around for the image panel.
Using the Perfect Layers Mini cut a 1/4″ border to the opal layer.
Punch the opal photo corners and attach under the white layer. Attach these panel to the card with foam tape.
Attach the enamel dots.
Cut a wide strip of red and 1/16″ strip of opal and glue to the insert then attach to the card.

Copic markers were used for the cheeks – R81, background – B00, 000, 0000. Accessories: Stickles – Diamond, Eyelet Outlet – enamel dots. Paper: AC Cardstock – winter white textured, Die Cuts with a View – red designer, Bazzill – opal, Beckett Expressions – Radiance – image panel. Ink: Memento – Tuxedo Black. Border Die: Stampin Up, Corner Punch – Stampin Up
